How to Make Sea Moss Gel
Rinse/Clean Sea Moss thoroughly (at least 3x) and then soak in purified water until moss is soft/gelatinous. Warm to hot water can be used to speed up the process if soak time is too long (more than 36hrs). Rinse again. Add to blender with water. Blend until smooth and creamy.
